Analysis and Prediction of Airline Passenger Satisfaction During COVID-19
In this project, an Airline Passenger Satisfaction dataset is used to answer the key question raised by low ticket prices and decreasing passenger satisfaction score since COVID-19 started: How can I help airline companies cope with decreasing passenger satisfaction levels?

The primary goal is to predict binary dependent variables: satisfaction results (Satisfied/Neutral or Dissatisfied), through logistic regression models and a classification tree, and to further discover demographic characteristics and correlation relationships among different variables. This dataset includes more than 120,000 records and 24 columns, and dummy, integer, and categorical data types. Several tools were used to complete this analysis including 1) SQL for data management and further analysis; 2) R for data preparation and analysis; and 3) Tableau for data visualization and storytelling.
